Was mir bei der Durchsicht der Lookbookfotos von Maravilla auffällt, sind die natürlichen Szenen, die entstanden sind. Nichts wirkt gestellt. Kinder machen das, worauf sie Lust haben und werden in ihren Bewegungen fotografiert. Das finde ich toll! Den Background zu Maravilla, den Thuy im Folgenden erwähnt, macht Maravilla zu einem Label, das es sich zu unterstützen lohnt. „Ich habe mich entschieden Maravilla mit ins Sortiment zu nehmen, weil sie ganz besondere Kollektionen entwerfen mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und zur Qualität. Alle Pullover, Mützen und Schals werden in Mexiko von einheimischen Frauen handgestrickt. Maravilla hat dort ein soziales Projekt in drei verschiedenen Regionen Mexikos ins Leben gerufen, um die Lebensbedingungen zu verbessern. Außerdem werden nur natürliche Materialien wie Baumwolle und Wolle verarbeitet. Ich persönlich mag einfach die Basic-Schnitte von Maravilla mit den mexikanischen Einflüssen, wie z. B. den Stickereien! Einfach ein sehr besonderes Label!“

“ Maravilla creates always beautiful collections with loving attention to detail and quality. All pullovers, beanies and scarfs are hand-sewn in Mexico by local women using only natural fabrics such as cotton and wool. Maravilla has started an social project in three different areas in Mexico to approve better life-circumstances. Personally, I like the basic cuts and forms combined with Mexican influences like embroidery. It’s a very exceptionally brand!“
